How Workout Mission Works
By striving to complete your weekly workouts and donating $1 to your Mission for each day you exercise, you help yourself stay fit while empowering someone in need. A win-win!
Set Your Weekly Workout Goal
Set the minimum number of workouts you would like to achieve each week.
Select a Mission
Select one of the five Current Missions (charities) you will be supporting with each workout.
Enter Your Workout
After completing a workout, enter it into your Workout Calendar. What's considered a "workout" is personal to you!
Celebrate Your Strength
After completing 10 workouts, you can celebrate your strength by donating $1 per workout ($10) to your selected Mission. Workout Mission makes no money from user donations.
Dedicate Workouts & Donation
When you achieve 10 workouts and support your Mission, you can dedicate your strength and charitable donation to someone special.
Build Your Network of Strength
Each time your friend completes 10 workouts and shares their strength, you’ll have the opportunity to Send Some Love! They'll do the same for you!
