Exchanges & Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at info@workoutmission.org or give us a call at (347) 927-2611 to setup a product exchange or return. We will ask you to ship back your item for a full refund or we can send you another item at no additional cost once we've received the return.

Along with shipping back the item, please include the following on a piece of paper:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email address
  3. PayPal Transaction ID (listed at the upper right of your product receipt and in your PayPal account)
  4. The general reason for your return or exchange and if you would like a replacement product

Shipping Information

United States Domestic Orders

All United States domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. You should receive your purchase within 3-5 business days of placing your order. There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $3.00.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Service. The delivery date will vary by destination. There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $15.00.
