Exchanges & Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at email@example.com or give us a call at (347) 927-2611 to setup a product exchange or return. We will ask you to ship back your item for a full refund or we can send you another item at no additional cost once we've received the return.
Along with shipping back the item, please include the following on a piece of paper:
- Your full name
- Email address
- PayPal Transaction ID (listed at the upper right of your product receipt and in your PayPal account)
- The general reason for your return or exchange and if you would like a replacement product

United States Domestic Orders
All United States domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. You should receive your purchase within 3-5 business days of placing your order. There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $3.00.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Service. The delivery date will vary by destination. There is a flat-rate shipping charge of $15.00.
